Modified function to not check duplicated VATs when partner type is plan
Now the partner created for each plan takes the same vat and document_type_id as the plan grouper

Added main_insurance_plan_id field for roll_import module when plan is not detailed in the roll

Now the res.partner is a insurance_grouper
