Adapted import of benefits to match the new scheme. Now it doesn't search the insurance by code, it just uses the health.attention.points or the main plan of the grouper Modified "hash" code to not reimport existent benefits (now it uses ref instead of code and adds the ref of the grouper to avoid duplication)
