[MOD] ModifyDueDates now Automatic from the Write Method (Fee Lines)

Recompute State with Due Dates

• modify_due_dates method removed. Replaced with a write override.

• Incription Fees Due State modified directly writting the date_due field in the fee itself.

• Tests Updated.
