Commercials and Supervisors can't read company_id.partner_id because of access rules

Access Rules for Commercials and Supervisors don't allow to read Company's partner. This should be fixed but we need to be careful to avoid marking Company's partner as a Customer to avoid showing this partner as a Customer ready to be used on a sale.order, stock.picking, etc.
